Important Public/Private Locations
For locations not covered under our existing permits, clients are responsible for obtaining
any required public-location permit or securing the reservation for a private venue.
Don’t worry - we’ll help guide you! Once your location is selected,
we’ll let you know what is required and provide the appropriate permitting
or booking information whenever available.
Additional Fees
Travel Fee
$1 per mile for locations outside of Santa Clara County.
Beach Fee - $100
All beach locations require an additional $100 fee to cover the extra handling, transport, cleanup, and wear associated with beach setups.
Accessibility / Hand-Carry Fee - $100
Locations requiring stairs, extended walking distances, limited vehicle access, or any setup where décor and equipment must be hand-carried from our vehicle to the proposal site are subject to an additional $100 fee to account for the added labor and transport required.
Accessibility fees will be confirmed based on your selected location prior to your event.
