Additional Fees

Travel fee includes $1 per mile outside of Santa Clara County 

All beach locations require a $100 beach fee that covers handling, transport and wear on decor items

available exclusively to Cherish Events clients once your deposit is placed.

PERMITS & COMPLIANCE
If your proposal takes place at public location, a permit is typically required.
Because Cherish Events operates as a commercial vendor, all permits must be

obtained by our team - not the client.

 

This ensures:

• Full insurance coverage 

• Legal compliance 

• No risk of shutdown 

• Proper Park & Recreation approval

 

IMPORTANT - PUBLIC LOCATIONS :
If a permit is not obtained - or if a client secures their own permit that does not cover commercial vendors, decor, and props - the proposal setup may legally be shut down by park rangers or city staff. Vendor permits must include coverage for a decor, structures, and equipment brought onsite. We coordinate permits and logistics directly with each agency for a seamless, stress-free experience.
