Travel /Location Fees
We charge a $1 per mile fee for travel outside of Santa Clara. If your package includes a photographer, please note there will be an additional travel fee for their separate arrival, as they will be arriving closer to the event start time in a different vehicle.

Additionally, a $50 Hard Terrain Fee applies to locations requiring items to be hand-carried (e.g., beaches, steep hills, or other challenging terrain).
